Once an application has been submitted to the Immigration Authorities, government charges are generally non-refundable. Our Service Fee may be refundable only where processing has not yet commenced, in accordance with our Refund Policy.

A visa refusal by the Immigration Authorities does not entitle the applicant to a refund of government charges, as these are levied irrespective of the outcome.

Estimated processing times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Actual timelines depend on the Immigration Authorities, document clarity, nationality, security checks, and public holidays. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
